Sun & Flowers Art Workshop for mothers guided by a psychologist.

If you are a mother who gives a lot and needs a calm moment just for yourself, you are warmly invited to join our guided art session with a psychologist. This workshop offers space to explore your creativity, relax, and reconnect with yourself.

Mothers are welcome to attend with or without their children. If you come with your child, they can enjoy sensory play in a safe, prepared space while you paint and unwind.

No painting skills are needed. Come unfold your light and celebrate the touch of Spring
